About Margaret Puskar-Pasewicz

In addition to my PhD in History, I have over fifteen years of experience in editorial services for academic writers. I have indexed over a dozen scholarly books. I was employed for three years as a copyeditor and proofreader for the most widely distributed history journal in the US. I have a thorough understanding of proper grammar and am familiar with Chicago style and other writing styles. I have worked with dozens of graduate students and professors in the US and abroad. For more about my experience, here are my c.v. and résumé.

I am a member of the Editorial Freelancers Association, Organization of American Historians, and Textbook & Academic Authors Association.

I live in Pittsburgh, PA. When I'm not editing, I'm usually knitting, reading, or rewatching episodes of Derry Girls.
